| 2. Review of Minutes from Last meeting | | Mike to post on website |
| 3. The new West Beyond the West Demo   | Mike presented a development version of the West Beyond the West site so that coalition members could see how the project is progressing.  He noted that the site design was conceived to take inspiration from the old WBTW logo keeping in mind the broad array of end users the Coalition expects to make use of the site. | |
| 4. BC Bibliography Project (Allan Bell)   |
A comprehensive BC bibliography including digital full text versions of rare and printed material, will be available in one searchable online location for students, teachers, historians and all British Columbians.Allan proposed that the BC Bib, as unique, multi institutional collaborative digitization project would benefit from its inclusion and alignment with West Beyond the West, and be a good fit with the aims of the Coalition.Functionally, a relationship could be established with a brand alignment and link to the collection from the WBTW main page.Design work for the BC Bib collection would leverage work already done on WBTW and could bring new options for additional design refinements to the WBTW portal.Because of the existing development trajectories of both projects, alignment would be planned for a future iteration of both sites.Coalition members present supported the idea of working with the BC Bibliography group   | Simon to invite interested Coalition members to the November 16 BC bibliography meeting.   |
