Metadata Wrangler • A system for communicating new collections and assigning contributor codes has been worked out with Canadiana. • BC set has been reactivated by Canadiana streamlining the way the portal scopes BC collections. • Next week we expect to submit 3 parsed collections to Canadiana. Once indexed they should appear in WBTW • Metadata received from UBCIC. Dave is currently working on it. • UVic and SFU plan to resubmit metadata to Canadiana to provide better / more complete access to their collections
Hosting Service • Artefactual delivered a complete WBTW demo site on Feb. 4. • The technical subcommittee will submit bug reports to Artefactual over the next 2 weeks. • A meeting will be scheduled with Artefactual to go over concerns identified during this process. |
